Easier switch between upex and reserved partition

Currently the multiprocessing scripts use the upex partition. Having comments inside on how to switch to the reserved partition during beamtimes and back to upex when the beamtime is over would be helpful.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
