Improve readability of the installation instruction

We have instructions both in readthedocs and in the README.rst which should be merged in one single place.

Activating the environment is a step often overlooked by people trying to install the toolbox. We should have clear default instructions for that part.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
