Add TPI readout function data['TPI'] & 0x1000 > 0
in principle the tpi is already in the mnemonics but the state readout didn't work (not changing during the run). @teichman was to follow on that

For the laser shutter the device has the same issue as the tpi, with the addition that the name is not clear (VQM2).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
