DSSC pulse pattern hard coded

The DSSC code is only using data with X-ray and with and without optical laser in a fixed pattern of: D P D UP

with D for dark, P for optical pump and UP for no optical pump, so only P and UP are used at the moment.

We should either:

implement Naman's modification (/exp/SCS/201922/p002565/usr/Software/Naman-FeRh-DSSC/XAS_SAXS-decoupling/ToolBox). On the fly modification during beamtime so probably not good basis in the long term.
merge with M. Schneider's code (https://github.com/dscran/dssc_process)
change the workflow to use dask. Currently unstable so postponed to better time

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
