XAS and XMCD

With the changes introduced by https://in.xfel.eu/gitlab/SCS/ToolBox/merge_requests/81 it is not easy to compute XAS and XMCD spectra from to XAS spectra with opposite magnetic field:

  • the individual XAS have different energy point because we use the mean of the nrj and the the nrj bin center
  • passing the nrj point as bin doesn't give the correct number of points

Both cases are shown in this notebook 2020-04-27_XAS_and_XMCD_nrj_point_problem.ipynb

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
