Outer zone plate width calculation issues

Currently, the outer zone plate width calculation has the following issue:

• it is not calculated for the zone plate corner. Only the vertical distance to the optical axis is used
• the zone plate focal distance used in the calculation is not the nominal one but the shortened by the KBS focus
