Preview indices: allow setting simultaneously for multiple previews

I thought it was a nice thing that each preview can now be configured to show some index independent of other previews. For some users, though, it is frustrating their workflow - they're probably having multiple previews side-by-side and want to compare them. Pretty reasonable. There is already a macro floating around, will post that and some thoughts. I think we could offer support for this in the manager.
