Progress Tracking During Pipeline

As mentioned at lunch, I'm processing some longer runs, and periodically checking back in DAMNIT on their progress. At the moment, we can only track progress from the completion statement of each processed module. Maybe in the future, for impatient users such as myself, it might be nice to have some method of tracking the progress through the chunks, although it may be hard to implement due to multiprocessing.
