h5 data readers for parallel calculation

The h5 data readers for stats and xpcs calculation were updated. Performance should be improved now. It would be great to receive some feedback on the stability (I found some differences in the internal organization of AGIPD h5 files for old and recent proposals, which required additional fixes).
