Propagate 'mask_noisy' parameter from the pipeline to reduce function

Recently noticed that NaN filter stopped working during the g2 reduction. The reason is that default value of the responsible parameter mask_noisy=False for the function and it's not propagating within the pipeline. Should be introduced to the main function and carefully propagated onwards.
