@teichman @carinanc @mercadil could all please have a look ? This provide us with a changelog for human to help us and users follow up what's going on with the toolbox. I went back to Raphael's code merge and not earlier because it's tedious work and also because it's pre-history at this point.

Let me know what you think and feel free to improve the readability.

How do you plan to fill this? Once every release, by 1 person (tedious as you said), or after each small step by the main contributor? If the latter then we could have a non-published version to store each contribution until the next release.

Or how is it done elsewhere?
