Centroid subtracts dark image if there is one
centroid
now subtracts the dark image before centroiding a given image, if there is a dark image available.
A quick check seems to indicate that dark subtraction doesn't do a whole lot to affect the data, but it seems !when using the same image as dark subtraction we get an indication that the subtraction is at least working...
