DSSC multiprocessing analysis

The current code is a condensed clean up of several notebook cells written by several different people. With this we can:

• multiprocess dark DSSC runs and save the processed data
• multiprocess DSSC runs, binning the data by nrj, delay, ... and save the processed data
• azimuthal integration and plots
• linescans on azimuthal integration

Attached a notebook (.ipynb and pdf) showing how to use the functionalities.

Attached a notebook that shows how to used this change. The last part, azimuthal integration and line scan plots needs some more clean up. This is based on two notebooks from @mercurio

I get the following error: What am I doing wrong?

Use the notebook from the merge request, not from the comments bellow it. "crunch" was renamed "binning".
