Small additions to the calculator capabilities
After using the calculator few times, I made the following changes:
- extends the sample size to 7x7 array of membranes
- extends energy range to 3.2 keV
- adds a design energy settings and not calculate it any more as the mean of wavelength for the low and high energy limit
