Draft: CrystFEL integration

This is definitely a work in progress on top of the frame selection branch. Additionally, it may be that we will eventually want to move this out somewhere else - maybe a separate package for crystallography, containing the peakfinding addon(s) and the adapter? Anyway, just posting as MR to track changes.
