Multi-GPU: Support assigning correction devices to different GPUs

What we'd (probably) need:

  • Enable manager to tell correction device which GPU to use
  • Add the parameter on the correction device side
  • Integrate into GPU kernel runner somehow

Should be feasible before #35 (closed)
