Stacking shmem matcher

Moving stacking concept @schmidtp proposed in https://git.xfel.eu/karaboDevices/TrainMatcher/-/merge_requests/30 to TrainMatcher subclass within calng to flexibly set up necessary data flow for OnDA. Opening merge request for visibility / reviewability of implementation.
