Add/saturation monitor

First attempt at a saturation monitor for https://redmine.xfel.eu/issues/160688 which should be ideally generic enough to be used for all detectors that have a calibration pipeline.

Its my first time looking at calng so I put some questions in the code. Opening the MR to have a place for discussion on how the best solution would like.
