Get secrets file path from configuration

David Hammer requested to merge calcat-secrets-configurable-path into master

Make the path to the JSON file with CalCat secrets configurable. Ideally, we then put the file somewhere in $HOME for functional account and don't have to copy it to all the $KARABO/var/data folders like I've stupidly been doing so far. Pending testing.
