[LPD][Dark] fix: Remove hard check for consistent gain pixels

Description

While testing this MR for testing parallel gain darks. We expected the unexpected pixels for the gains for 900203 proposal runs.

I have hotfixed this in production

I tried adding a ValueError to catch this scenario, However, I think this is not what we want. (to have this kind of old data to fail)

Actually, this discussion just reminded me of another issue when a module was completely missing from the run; I'll just try to recreate that and see if it's an easy fix.
