Show coverage on MRs & export HTML report

This wasn't available before, but we have a rather newer Gitlab version now.

We agreed to do this instead of the Gitlab integration which is now available, because you have to run the manual step before Gitlab shows that.

In the future we might publish the reports using Gitlab pages, for now you have to download a zip file.
