[AGIPD][FF] Updated deviation on source energy for FF constants
Description
This MR exposes source energy deviations as configurable parameter for FF constants and sets them by default larger (before +- 1 keV, now +-20keV). As we currently do not perform energy dependent gain calibration, loading of FF constants has to be possible for the range of energies we are operating with. The hardcoded value of 9.2 keV is now configured to follow the actual photon energy used for calibration.
This change was triggered as FF constants could not be loaded for online corrections as operator has updated field in calibration manager to a right value of the photon energy being used and not the hardcoded 9.2keV.
