Mikhail Karnevskiy requested to merge studyStatistics into master

A file PlotFromCalDB.py (created based on PlotFromCalDB.ipynb) take information for calibration DB, calculate statistical indicators and visualizing them. Output of this script gives an example of a report, which will be generated as response to request of a certain statistical information.
