Add Jungfrau burst mode

@ahmedk: notebooks.py needs to be changed so that the dark analysis refers to the bust mode notebook.

But, that mean then that Jungfrau_dark_analysis_all_gains_NBC.ipynb wont be used from notebooks.py? or I introduce a new key for the DARK_BURST?

notebooks/Jungfrau/Jungfrau_dark_analysis_all_gains_NBC.ipynb in notebooks.py should be changed to notebooks/Jungfrau/Jungfrau_dark_analysis_all_gains_burst_mode_NBC.ipynb

Yes, I understand. I meant to ask if there would be a purpose still for the old notebook.

I added the review comments here:

• specify the version instead of # specify the a version

• cpuCores and isParallel parameter initializations are not needed.
• memoryCells introduced two times. 1 or 16 then None, right after.
