feat/copy Figs of diff DETs in one INST

• In the case of having multiple detectors in one Instrument, this MR make sure that the detectors figures are copied appropriately.

• Also, a conf.yaml file with multiple Instruments and Detectors (which was tested) is included in the MR.

This has been tested and the generated figures were pushed successfully onto the DC remote repository.

TODO: Removing the repeated keys in the conf file, such as cal-db-interface, cal-db-timeout and even out-folder can be only one path.

The config file should be configured before running. However, may be it make sense to keep the configuration closest to one needed for the production server. (E.g. an output path suitable for the max016).

Apart small comment LGTM.

I understand your point, there are different items in the config file, which should be edited before running the report service from the production source. e.g. DC remote repository link.

But for the output folder, a more specific one (for xcal) can indeed be put into the config file.
