Back propagate/dssc pulseid checksum condition

@karnem This is the last updates of the Characterization DSSC notebook after @haufs's changes from xcal@max-exfl016

pulseid_checksum was added to the parameter conditions while injecting constants.

The notebook runs fine till the section of "Global bad pixel behavior".
