Beautify report

@samartse @karnem maybe you can run a detector notebook to see if it still looks good there

I mainly changed chapter adding in case of concurrent run parameter, instead the title is changed (could still use some work to show the name of the concurrent parameter which could be done with the task of writing all parameters to the report), and got rid of most empty pages.
