Changed gain conversion factors based on our own analysis.

Dear Karim,

I have changed the FastCCD dark notebook slightly so that it uses the gain conversion factors (ADU to electrons) for all 3 gains from the recent analysis that Michele and I have done rather than from Ivana's thesis. I would like to merge this when ever you have time. Thanks very much in advance for your time.
