Fex: Do not delete intries from the SQLight

@manettim Following suggestions entries in the SQLite DB are not delete anymore.

Job states of an active jobs are 'R', 'PD' and 'CG'. Status of jobs are constantly updating in the SQLite DB. Status is send to the webservice and displayed in the serve_overview.
