Feat/Update of fitting procedure
Presented notebook performs fitting of noise and single-photon peaks with Gaussian function. Fitting is performed for each cell and each pixel.
The is completely new notebook. Old AGIPD FF notebook is moved to the folder: playground.

Input data are histograms, produced by AGIPD FF_HISTS. Link to proc data is used to extract operational conditions (numbr of memory cells, acquisition rate, ...).
Many different parameters stays to define fit starting parameters (peak positions, ranges), bad pixel ranges and options of fit (number of peaks to fix, fix distance between peaks).
Fitting for 16 AGIPD modules is performed at 16 SLURM nodes (one node per module). Results of fits are stored in h5 files. Summary notebook produces overall control plots and send constants to the CalCat.
