Fix/remove unused influx db

Summary:

As InfluxDB is not used in our pipeline and the servers are not working. I have removed all related code to influxDB

I think it's a good start, I would look at:

• Removing cal_tools/cal_tools/influx.py;
• Removing xfel_calibrate/bin/cal_influx_feeder.sh;
• Removing cal_tools/cal_tools/influx.py;
• Cleaning docs/source/workflow.rst to removing the Providing Performance Statistics section.
