WIP: Feat/example detector and tests

Adds in some new notebooks for a 'Test' detector, notebooks can be executed as part of a test suite.

Description

Done as part of moonshot for me to learn how to add new detector notebooks.

Next steps are:

• PR to add these notebooks to https://git.xfel.eu/gitlab/detectors/calibration_configurations
• Deployment to staging environment on max-exfl016
