[AGIPD][DARK] Fix / Avoid processing empty sequence files

Description

for run 9991 for proposal 900113 is a dark med-gain run with 5 sequence files. The 5th file is empty.

This is a proposal for a temporary solution until we read data using EXtra-data and avoid empty images. By reading h5 files before process and checking trainId 1d array.
