add HIBEF AGIPD500K and fix some issue with retrieval of conditions

Description

Integration of AGIPD500K was done, and issues with some of calib. conditions retrieval was fixed.

How Has This Been Tested?

It was tested using data from:

1M AGIPD at SPB /gpfs/exfel/exp/SPB/202031/p900146/proc/proc_vtst/jola/GAIN_MAPS/64cells1.1MHz_gs0/SPB_IRU_AGIPD1M-1_ff_900145_r270.pdf

and AGIPD500K at HED /gpfs/exfel/exp/HED/202131/p900228/usr/FF/352cells4.5MHz_gs0/12clks/GAIN_MAPS/HED_EXP_AGIPD500K2G_FF_900228_r244r225.pdf
