Description

Add creating calibration_constant_version string to the check for

Error creating calibration_constant_version >> {'calibration_constant_id': \['has already been taken'\], 'physical_detector_unit_id': \['has already been taken'\], 'begin_at': \['has already been taken'\]

This is to separate it from Error creating calibration report error which was faced on the mentioned issue https://git.xfel.eu/calibration/planning/-/issues/115.

How Has This Been Tested?

It haven't been tested, yet....
