Fix: add dot to execute bash script

@haufs @amunnich A dot is needed to execute a bash script finalize. This dot is added to the calibrate.py and will be used in a batch script (see template for the batch script here: bin/slurm_calibrate.sh).

LGTM. Should be more generic this way.
