Add litframefinder-relevant arguments to update_config script

Adds use_litframe_finder, litframe_device_id and energy_threshold to the list of exposed arguments.

Also, as a German I could not resist fixing typ to type.

@esobolev Albeit very ugly, this is currently the only non-xcal-way to change the calibration configuration. In principle you don't need pycalibration installed for it to work, but I trust you have such an environment anyway to run it.
