A new notebook for dark analysis of FastCCD is created

Dear Steffen,

I'd like you to please merge the new notebook for dark analysis of FastCCD. Please also note that to run this notebook, one has to use the newly implemented common mode, which may be found in feat/fccd_cm branch of pyDetLib, so it would make more sense to merge that branch before this.
