Already deployed as a hot-hotfix yesterday to enable instrument operation, this flag allows to ignore FEL pulses in the PPT. Such situations come up now when instruments carry out commissioning operation only with PPL, while the other instrument on the same beamline has actual FEL pulses, messing up separation.
