[AGIPD] [Correct] error out only if all sources are empty

Description

This MR is related to https://redmine.xfel.eu/issues/150179#change-549590

The fix is to avoid erroring out the notebook when some and not all sources are empty in the run.

This has been tested with the runs mentioned in the ticket.
