[EPIX100][PNCCD][CORRECT] Display creation time for retrieved constants

This is related to issue: https://git.xfel.eu/calibration/planning/-/issues/171

Description

This fixes the missing display for which constants were retrieved and with which timestamp.

As pnccd and epix already have calcat_interface and fragment used. I added the fix for both.

The ccvs are displayed using markdown with a link to the calcat page.

LGTM!

We could even go fancy and display some markdown with links to the CCV pages in CalCat, assuming Markdown links get translated into the PDF OK. But no need to do that in this MR.
