[JUNGFRAU][CORRECT][DARK] Extend accepted detectors based on substrings of karabo_id

Description

This MR extends init_jungfrau_geom function to not only work with SPB_IRDA_JF4M, FXE_XAD_JF1M, and single modules. It looks for a substring (JF4M, JF1M, else a assumes 500K) to instantiate the JUNGFRAUGeometry object.

This should avoid errors when the dark and corrections are triggered for SPB_CFEL_JF1M.

How Has This Been Tested?

Running dark and correction for all Jungfrau runs in the reference runs.
