[Jungfrau] Workaround for `SPB_CFEL_JF1M` as the modules start with `09` not `01`

Description

This is a workaround for the temporary detector. I should come up with a better solution that works for all possible multimodular jungfrau detectors in the future. For now I did this check as there are already multiple things to handle at the moment.

This fix is already hot fixed in production.
