[AGIPD][LPD][DARK] Show table for badpixels bitmaps

Description

This MR is addressing this issue: https://git.xfel.eu/calibration/pycalibration/-/issues/84

It was requested by Marcin to have the table for the Badpixels Bitmap for AGIPD similar to Jungfrau.

I have added this map into the summary part of the AGIPD dark. As this notebook is used as well for LPD. I have added the table for LPD as well.

There are small refactors like removing unused libraries.

How Has This Been Tested?
