[AGIPD][PC] Fixes required to allow processing of PC data for single module

Description

This is to fix PC processing if AGIPD single module is used. Several assumptions in the PC notebooks are not valid if single module is used. This fixes the issues.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with data from single module at HED: /gpfs/exfel/exp/HED/202430/p900438/raw/ runs:57-64 Compatibility testing with AGIPD1M@SPB: /gpfs/exfel/exp/SPB/202331/p900376/raw/ runs:213-220
