Allow explicitly enable/disable the distance delay, add detector displacement in offline LitFrameFinder

This adds displacement in detector distance in addition to the distance given by the motor and allows to explicitly enable/disable the use of distance delay. These features were added in online LitFrameFinder ver. 0.5.1
