AUTO: Add Karabo 2.10 Versioning Info

Autogenerated Version additions - these are not tested for compilation or syntactical correctness. @hickind and @rfabbri, please review carefully! After reviewing, please create a new tag for 2.10. - if this is not CTRLs managed device, you can take this MR as an indication of what you - the owner - should do to make it Karabo 2.10 compatible. CTRL people will not merge it though.
