Add demo notebooks.

• Added demo notebook in the demo directory. The Demo.ipynb notebook does training and inference in the Zenodo dataset. Demo only inference.ipynb does only inference with a tarball in Git containing only 10 trains.
• Some clean up on the instructions in the README.md. It also contains run time examples as part of the general information section.
• Added the pip freeze of all the environment added for the record.
• A tarball containing 10 trains has been added.
