Added demo notebook in the demo directory. The Demo.ipynb notebook does training and inference in the Zenodo dataset. Demo only inference.ipynb does only inference with a tarball in Git containing only 10 trains.
Some clean up on the instructions in the README.md. It also contains run time examples as part of the general information section.
Added the pip freeze of all the environment added for the record.
