the HRIXS detector unfortunately gives no proper trainId when the image
is taken, but when the image is received. This pre-dates the image
to when it was actually taken.

Simplified calibrate_xgm(), removed unused XGM functions, moved TIM functions in digitizer, removed tim.py

Moved xgm and tim sub-methods in dssc module to new locations. Adapted setup.py to avoid version problem with xarray
