Fix ADC mnemonic dim names, add more mnemonics for grid sample and TPI, fix loading bpt in digitizers

this moves a lot of the magic from the load routine to the constants.
Especially so we can support the new digitizer devices.

get_bam(): Remove hard-coded selection of BAM pulses and allows for varying bunch pattern table length

updated the current toolbox to include double hits. two algorithms are available for centroiding. removed default proposal number in hRIXS class
